I've spent the past 15 years designing complex enterprise products across AI, enterprise SaaS, hospitality, and gaming. My work focuses on simplifying complex systems by combining user research, product thinking, and technical collaboration to solve business problems at scale.
Most recently, I was the sole Product Designer on Capital One's first explainable AI decision-support feature for an internal risk management platform. Before that, I led a team of four designers at Monster Government Solutions, designing enterprise hiring platforms spanning legacy modernization and ground-up product development. At Marriott, I redesigned the promotions registration experience and contributed to the Marriott–Starwood loyalty integration serving more than 100 million members. Earlier in my career at Blizzard, I redesigned StarCraft II's ranked system, partnering with data scientists and applied mathematicians to develop a new skill model that increased player retention by 40% and engagement by 500%.
